This brand new Gatlinburg attraction allows you to take a step into the future with high tech missions and challenges. The activities at Activate Games will test your physical and mental agility and are fun for the entire family! Each gaming session is 45 minutes long. Once you step inside the arena, your group can choose between hundreds of combinations of games and difficulty levels. As you compete in the different challenges, an electronic wristband will keep track of your progress. Once time is up, you can compare scores with other members of your party to see who the ultimate gamer is!

2. Gatlinburg Axe House

Over the past few years, axe throwing has really taken off across the country. What better place to test out your lumberjack skills than in the Smoky Mountains? The owner of Gatlinburg Axe House has been competing nationally in axe throwing competitions since 2019, including some on ESPN. He decided to take his love for the sport and open up a place in the Smokies where he could share his passion with the community and visitors. The best thing about this particular axe throwing experience is that there are trained professionals who can teach you the best technique to hit the bulls-eye. Don’t worry, they have a 100% success rate, meaning you don’t leave until you stick one on the board!

3. Chicken Guy

In addition to attractions, Gatlinburg TN is also welcoming a brand new restaurant to town, Chicken Guy! Inspired by famous celebrity chef Guy Fieri, this new diner will have you clucking with joy. They brine their own chicken and fry it to perfection with a multitude of seasonings. Whether you want traditional chicken tenders or a sandwich, the fine folks at Chicken Guy will be happy to serve you. As if the chicken wasn’t good enough by itself, the restaurant also has over 20 different dipping sauces to choose from!

4. Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar

Do you love milkshakes? We promise you have never seen anything like the ones they have at the Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar. Recently opened in downtown Gatlinburg, this wacky dessert shack has every combination of sweet treat imaginable. Each specialty shake is topped with a variety of different cookies, candies, and drizzles. The hardest thing about a trip to the Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar is deciding which delicious dessert looks the best. Trust us, you can’t go wrong with the Smoky Mountain specialty, Meet Me in the Mountains!
