January 20, 2017 at 1:04 pmWe usually stay around Sevierville. When we want to go into Gatlinburg we drive to the visitors center where we park our car and hop on the trolley. Much easier then trying to find a parking space. The cost of the ride is very reasonable. The drivers are always very nice.

September 20, 2019 at 10:08 pmWe were there in September and rode the trolley…got off and had to wait an hour and a half for the next trolley! There were only 2 shops where we were…unless we wanted to walk across a 4 lane highway! There was nothing to do!! Why? Did NOT find it convenient AT ALL.
